Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from BUNKS. If you are not entirely happy and would like to return or exchange any item, you may cancel your order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.


Please ensure that the hygiene sticker is not removed from the liner of the product until you are completely satisfied with it.  Your item will not be exchanged or refunded if there is evidence that the hygiene sticker has been removed.


It is easy to return your item/s:


UK customers may return and exchange their item/s for free at any Post Office or Royal Mail customer service point using the BUNKS Royal Mail returns portal.


BUNKS cannot cover the cost of your return unless you use this free returns service. 


For our International Customers please email with your query.


If you would like to return or exchange an item please go to the link above and follow the steps to   generate your free returns label. You can print the label at home, or scan the QR code at your local Post Office or Royal Mail service point.


Please return the unworn item back into the original packaging and delivery envelope within 14 days from your receipt of the goods. Or if you have informed us in writing that you would like to cancel your order prior to returning the goods to us, then within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of such.  


Use the freepost sticker provided (postage in the UK only), place over the original address label. Please take the returns package to post office for posting.


BUNKS can not be responsible for any lost parcels being returned. We strongly recommend you obtain a free ‘proof of postage’.


Once we have received the returned products and checked that the conditional criteria have been met, you will be sent an email acknowledging that the returned products have been received and accepted.


Your refund can only be issued to the original purchaser and to the original card used.


Please allow 14 days from the date we have received the product back from you for the money to be credited to your account.
