Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from BUNKS. If you are not entirely happy and would like to return or exchange any item, you may cancel your order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Please ensure that the hygiene sticker is not removed from the liner of the product until you are completely satisfied with it. Your item will not be exchanged or refunded if there is evidence that the hygiene sticker has been removed or if the product/s are in an unsaleable condition.
It is easy to return your item(s):
- Using your preferred postal delivery service whether it’s your local post office or a collection and delivery service (Evri, Parcel Force and the Royal Mail can collect from your home – please check their websites for details). Please complete the BUNKS returns and exchange form (click to access) and either cut out the address label or use the returns address provided on the form.
- Please return the unworn item back into the original packaging and delivery envelope within 14 days from your receipt of the goods. Or if you have informed us in writing that you would like to cancel your order prior to returning the goods to us, then within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of such.
BUNKS cannot be responsible for any lost parcels being returned. We strongly recommend you obtain a free ‘proof of postage’.
Refunds
- Once we have received the returned products and checked that the conditional criteria have been met, you will be sent an e-mail acknowledging that the returned products have been received and accepted.
- Your refund can only be issued to the original purchaser and to the original card used.
- Please allow 14 days from the date we have received the product back from you for the money to be credited to your account.
